PACIFIC HIGHWAY 3A UPGRADE
Between Ourimbah Street, Lisarow and Glen Road, Ourimbah, $70 Million
The upgrade involved widening the road to 2 lanes in each direction on the Pacific Highway. New traffic lights with pedestrian crossing facilities at the Ourimbah Street, Teralba Street and Walmsley Road intersections along with a shared pedestrian and cycle path on the western side of the highway. New Bridges were constructed over Cut Rock Creek.
WYONG ROAD INTERSECTION UPGRADE
Mingara Drive and Tumbi Road, NSW, $38 Million
Wyong Road is a major road linking the M1 Pacific Motorway with the surrounding coastal suburbs. The 1km section of road consisted of replacing two roundabouts with signalled intersections, with the construction of new pavements, excess service relocations, culvert extensions and property adjustments. All which occurred under high motor and pedestrian traffic.
SPARKS ROAD, WARNERVALE
Town Centre, NSW, $23 Million
Sparks Road is the major road link between the M1 Pacific Motorway and residential suburbs. The 1.5km road duplication consisted of two new signalised intersections, a 100m long concrete panelled retaining wall and service relocations.
CENTRAL COAST HIGHWAY UPGRADE, STAGE 2
Matcham Road to Ocean View Drive, NSW, $71 Million
The duplication of 2kms of highway consisted of a new concrete roundabout, upgraded signalised intersections, the construction of heavily bound pavements, large earthworks quantities, the construction of over 1km of service roads, 14 large retaining Walls, new culverts and property adjustments.
WARRINGAH FREEWAY BUS LAYOVER
Cammeray, NSW, $18M
The Cammeray bus layover was created by line drilling and excavating into the existing sandstone rock cutting, providing parking for up to 30 buses.
